Rummage — Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Using Rummage

Rummage helps you find and list local yard, estate, and moving sales. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for anything posted under your account.

Listing a sale

You're responsible for the accuracy of any sale you list — address, dates, hours, and description. Don't post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading listings, or content you don't have the right to share (like photos you didn't take or don't have permission to use).

Sale listings aren't verified

Rummage aggregates listings from third-party sources (Craigslist, OfferUp, EstateSales.org, and others) in addition to sales users list directly. We don't inspect, verify, or endorse any listing. Use your own judgment when visiting a sale or contacting a seller.

No warranty

Rummage is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or currently active, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rummage and its operators aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including from attending a listed sale, interacting with a buyer or seller, or relying on listing information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use Rummage after a change means you accept the updated terms.
